What is Naturopathic Nutrition?

“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” – Hippocrates

“If we could give every individual the right amount of nourishment and exercise, not too little and not too much, we would have the safest way to health.” – Hippocrates

Welcome to ‘Alison Lovell Nutrition’.  I am Alison Lovell, a registered Naturopathic Nutritionist.  I specialise in nutritional and lifestyle management to help you enhance and balance your wellbeing.  By following a ‘functional medicine approach’ (a systems biology–based approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease) and using the most recent evidence based research, I develop bespoke nutritional plans that are tailored to your goals.  I will work with you to ensure my recommendations are realistic for you as well as share tools to help you to remain motivated and on track.

I am passionate about supporting and motivating everyone to optimise health and lifestyle. As required, I will work with any medical providers you are engaged with in order to provide complimentary nutritional support.

Confidential appointments are available On-Line across the UK and/or In-Person at my premises in Billericay, Essex.
